Attorney Michael F. Hupy graduated from Marquette University Law School in 1972, and has practiced personal injury law for over 35 years. He has tried and settled numerous Million Dollar personal injury cases including the largest verdict, at that time, in a slip and fall case in the State's history - $9.5 Million, a $5 Million structured settlement in a well known accident in which a large truck crashed through the wall at the House of Peace in Milwaukee and a $20 Million dollar award to an injured child in June 2006. 

Attorney Michael F. Hupy is a Certified Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, has the highest rating in Martindale-Hubbell and is included in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers, is Past President of the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, a former member of the Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers Board of Directors, a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum,selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers in Wisconsin in 2005, licensed in Wisconsin, in Illinois and an author and lecturer in trial practice. Mr. Hupy practices exclusively in the area of personal injury law.

Attorney Jason F. Abraham began his career with Hupy and Abraham, S.C., in 1993 and progressed to the position of shareholder at the firm in 1999. He received his undergraduate degree in psychology in 1989 from the University of Wisconsin, followed by his juris doctor from Marquette University Law School in 1992.

Attorney Abraham is admitted to practice in the State of Wisconsin, along with the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin. He is also licensed to practice in Missouri. He is a Certified Civil Trial Specialists by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, American Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

As a result of his expertise regarding personal injury matters, along with a significant record of achievement in that venue, Attorney Abraham has lectured in numerous states regarding personal injury issues. His proficiency in that area has created a clientele consisting of individuals from across the nation. Attorney Abraham has settled or tried over 110 million dollars in personal injury cases and has had multiple cases resolved for over a million dollars.



Attorney Chad Kreblin joined Hupy and Abraham, S.C. upon graduating from the University of Denver College of Law in 2001, where he was named Jonathan L. Olom Trial Advocacy Scholar.  He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, majoring in history.  Attorney Kreblin became a shareholder at Hupy and Abraham, S.C. in 2007.  

Attorney Kreblin has distinguished himself as a skilled personal injury attorney, recovering over $35 million on behalf of injured persons.  For the past two years, he has been named as a Super Lawyer Rising Star, classifying him in the top 2 ½ percent of all Wisconsin attorneys under the age of 40.  He has lectured on various legal and insurance coverage issues in Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Missouri and Minnesota.    

Attorney Kreblin has also been active in the community.  He has taken a leading role in the community in increasing awareness of child identification.  In 2001, he started the Hupy and Abraham, S.C. Child Identification Program to assist police in missing children cases.  Since then, he has personally fingerprinted over 7,000 children, and has taken an active role in educating parents about child safety.
